When can I expect my order to ship?
The shipping timeline may differ depending on the size, weight, and shipping location of each piece. We are making every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Where do you ship to and what is the shipping policy?
We ship to 48 states within the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Our preferred shipping vendors across the US include blanket-wrap services with in-home delivery from case to case.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
There will be a 10% per item restocking fee if the items have not been picked up by the shipping company. Otherwise, if the items have shipped, an order cannot be canceled or modified.
Can I see items in person before purchasing?
If you're local to the Washington-Oregon region, we may be able to arrange a viewing by appointment subject to a 10% fee that goes towards the final costs of the goods. This fee is non-refundable in the scenario that the item is not purchased.
